After the delight at one return last week, this one isn’t going to get anywhere near the amount of hype but it’s another signing nonetheless as Nana re-signs for the club on a permanent basis, agreeing a deal to keep him at Sixfields for the next two years.
Nana divided opinion since joining during Gary Johnson’s reshaping of the squad towards the end of last season but the manager has seen enough to offer the former Chelsea and Peterborough defender full terms that were finally thrashed out this afternoon.
The former Chelsea youth team captain joined Peterborough last summer but fell out of favour and dropped down a division to join the Cobblers’ relegation dog fight for the final few games of the campaign.
